Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what information Mobility Reviews ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Mobility Reviews is operated by NLH Enterprises LLC. By using this site or submitting your email, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you opt in (an email form, the quiz, or a guide download) we collect your email address, your name if you provide it, and your quiz answers, including the product our quiz recommends for you.
- Collected automatically: basic usage data through Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless (for example pages viewed, device type, and the site that referred you). We also infer a coarse location (country and region, never a precise address) and record the page you arrived on.
- Advertising and measurement data: when advertising tools are enabled and you have not opted out, the partners listed below may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other sites.
- Marketing attribution: if you arrive from an ad or campaign link, your browser
stores the campaign tags from the URL (such as
utm_*,gclid, andfbclid) in its local storage, so we can credit the right source if you sign up later.
How we use your information
- To send the guide, quiz results, and the emails you asked for.
- To recommend mobility products and services we think are relevant to you.
- To measure how our ads and content perform, and to improve the site.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our own analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless. We also use advertising and measurement technologies from Meta, Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Reddit, and AdRoll. These load only when they are enabled and you have not opted out.
We show a consent banner that lets you decline. If you decline, we stop loading these advertising and measurement tools, and your choice is stored in your browser. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage and choosing again.
To measure ad conversions, we may also send Meta and Reddit a securely hashed (SHA-256), non-readable version of your email address through their Conversions API. We cannot reverse the hash back into your email.
Email and consent
We email you only if you opt in. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We may use your quiz answers to send more relevant content.
How we share your information
We rely on a small number of providers, who process data on our behalf or as independent advertising partners:
- HubSpot, for email and contact management.
- Vercel, for website hosting and cookieless analytics.
- Meta, Google, Reddit, and AdRoll, for advertising and measurement (only when enabled and not opted out).
- Amazon and other retailers: when you click an outbound "Check price" or buy link, you are taken to that retailer under our affiliate tag, governed by their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information for money. When advertising tools are enabled, some sharing with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "share" under California law. You can opt out at any time using the consent banner described above. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your data. California residents (under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing) and residents of the EEA and UK (under the GDPR) have these rights. To make a request, email nlhenterprisesllc@gmail.com, or use the consent banner to opt out of advertising tools. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
International users
We are based in the United States and process information there.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
